Seamless and transparent parent transactions simplify business management. During each drop-off or pick-up, parents can check their balance, view recent ledger activity, and receive important notifications in real time.
Some jurisdictions require a signature at drop-off or pick-up to comply with state regulations. ChildWatch captures an electronic signature as proof of transfer — reducing paper waste and administrative burden while keeping you compliant.
ChildWatch ePay (optional) lets parents make credit card or eCheck payments right at the kiosk during drop-off. Payment info is managed off-site by each parent through the Parent Portal, so staff never touch sensitive payment data.
