Secure PIN Entry
Every employee, client, and authorized associate has a unique secure PIN for rapid login. Upon entry, important notifications appear immediately — balance reminders, birthday wishes, and messages from staff. Security is always on.
Child Drop-off & Pick-up
Seamless and transparent parent transactions simplify business management. During each drop-off or pick-up, parents can check their balance, view recent ledger activity, and receive important notifications in real time.
eSignature Capture
Some jurisdictions require a signature at drop-off or pick-up to comply with state regulations. ChildWatch captures an electronic signature as proof of transfer — reducing paper waste and administrative burden while keeping you compliant.
Electronic Payments
ChildWatch ePay (optional) lets parents make credit card or eCheck payments right at the kiosk during drop-off. Payment info is managed off-site by each parent through the Parent Portal, so staff never touch sensitive payment data.
Employee Time & Attendance
Employees clock in and out from the same kiosk station. Every clock-in is automatically linked to the appropriate room, ensuring proper staffing levels. Our Classroom Manager updates employee room assignments in real time, making staff/child ratio compliance easy to maintain.
