Summary Dashboard

The summary dashboard gives a quick glimpse of account balance, and recent ledger history. Any outstanding notifications such as balance & birthday reminders and messages from staff are presented here.

Ledger Activity

All credits and debits for a parent wind-up on their ledger card. Parents get a detailed view of their account charges and payments which have posted.

Photo Gallery

With eServices, the Family App allows staff to capture key moments and share in real-time. Parents are put at-ease seeing their children participating in activities such as games, nap time and field trips.

Staff can send parents other imporant documents such as spreadsheets, and PDFs of medical and field trip approval forms.

Attendance Tracking

Parents see in real-time when their children are dropped-off and picked-up, and by whom.

Electronic Payments

ChildWatch's ePay services (optional) make it easy for parents to quickly make payments on their accounts. Our secure system ensures that payment information, including credit card and checking account details, are managed off-site by each parent.

This means parents can easily view and update their payment information at any time, without having to contact your staff. With ChildWatch, payment processing is hassle-free for both you and your clients.

 

 

Login

Security is key and the Family App is no exception. Parents securely register their devices and log in using pre-established credentials.

Immunizations Tracking

Quickly see a summary of past-due and upcoming shots for each child.

Information Update

As phone numbers, addresses and passwords change, parents can help keep their information updated. Emergency contacts are updated as well such as doctor, dentist and contact information for friends and other family.

Messaging

Providing two-way messaging, the Family App allows staff and parent to stay in close touch. Events such as playground accidents, a past-due balance, and fee changes can be sent to parents.

Whenever a parent receives a message from staff, the message is marked as "read" and can be confirmed by staff on the sending end.
